RETURNS
1. Deadlines: You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of collection of the product to request an exchange or return.
2. Conditions for return: The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use. - All items such as labels, manuals and accessories must be included. - We will not exchange products on sale.
3. Shipping costs: The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or exchanges due to our error. We recommend using a carrier with tracking to ensure that the product reaches us.
4. Refund: Once the product has been collected and analyzed, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, follow the same procedure as for returns. As soon as we receive the item back, we will send you the desired product, depending on availability.
Important: We do not accept exchanges for products purchased outside of Brazil, as our showroom is located in Brazil. We only accept exchanges and returns for products purchased on our website within the national territory.
